Abstract: This study examines the adoption of e-learning platforms in technical education in Nigeria, focusing on their integration into curriculum delivery and educational outcomes. With the increasing digitalization of learning environments globally, there is a growing emphasis on leveraging e-learning platforms to enhance accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness of technical education. The research aims to (1) assess the current adoption levels of e-learning platforms in technical institutions, (2) evaluate the impact of e-learning on student engagement and learning outcomes, and (3) identify challenges and opportunities for scaling e-learning initiatives in vocational training. A survey research design is justified to gather insights from students, educators, and administrators. A sample size of 300 participants will be selected through purposive sampling to represent technical institutions and e-learning providers in Lagos State. Case studies will explore institutions at the forefront of e-learning integration. Findings indicated positive perceptions towards e-learning's flexibility and accessibility, though challenges such as internet connectivity and digital literacy persist. Recommendations include investing in digital infrastructure, providing training for educators, and developing inclusive e-learning strategies to enhance technical education delivery and student outcomes.
